It’s been a couple of years since I’ve built a rod and I don’t remember things so good. Where are we going for grips and guides with pre-filed feet? This is for graphite rods if it matters.

I like Snake Brand guides, they don't need filing down.
I have liked to make my own grips from cork rings, but it seems everyone is out of the good quality cork rings lately.
