Cool thread! Here is my favorite, I took it with my Olympus waterproof digital.. My friend hooked a fish right by the rock and lost it after hooking it! It was a good OP fish.. what we live for as steelheaders! This was a long day trip, and some of you may know this spot and the river where we were. The day started at about 3am when I left to pick my buddy up.. we fished from dawn to dust and it wiped me out physically, him too. I got home about 2am the next day after dropping him off and have used this picture as a banner on WFF.com and FB for a while. And I didn't hook anything that day, but it was still one of the best days I've had steelheading. Only topped by the day I finally hooked my first steelhead, and then 45 minutes later my second! Love it!
Random shots I found while searching for the above! Guys who helped me learn to steelhead and are still way better at it than I am! Most I met through WFF.com and now here..
More randoms shots.. Teaching my niece Hannah to fish at Lake Tye. She's 18 now and about to graduate HS and go to college.
Random trout and sea run stuff.
Thanks to all! There are others and I just have to go through my archive of pics!
