The hustle was great last night. Kraken won the stats battle most of the game. But the goals just weren't happening. And you don't win without goals.

Yeah, that game was outstanding. Even had some nice drama in the 3rd when CAR pulled to within one. Heck, even the goal with CAR's goalie off the ice was a nice bit of excitement at the end. But even with that, it was still a 3 goal win.

7 goals by 7 different players. 13/19 players came away with points and all but 4 had shots on goal. Plus Joey Daccord made some awesome saves between the pipes that kept the game out of reach for Carolina.

Great game. Excellent passing and establishing dominance around the net, particularly in the 3rd period. And I love the empty net goal. They showed some serious chops against an outstanding team.

Joey Daccord’s puck handling confidence is enjoyable to watch, not to mention the amount of saves he had tonight was insane.

Tye Kartye is also a phenomenal fill in player that I wouldn’t mind seeing earn a spot.
