I know this man personally, and he is a die hard fishing machine! He uses those crutches for a week, in and out. If I remember right fractured ankle.

Ok, day tripping then.
Lots of rigs parked in the sand outside of the lot.
Made the long haul drive this morning. Crossing the River showed big white waves. Talked to forman in parking lot as they loaded iron for the job down the road. Said about a week or so out for being done with the job's. Walked in for a look, big ass wind. To much for me in a tube. Chatted with a guy coming off @ 09:00 one going in from Tacoma. Been iffy for one guy few days.
Good to get my Butt outa dodge for a while. Seen a huge herd for Elk on Blew it running around, sparing Etc. Lot a miles, time for a beer. 3 rigs in the brush right side of lots.

Going back 4/1wind looks less.
Turn over, is that a deal breaker on lakes. Was kinda cloudy last vist. Hate to make a drive for nothing again.

Visibility on Wednesday was about 10-12 feet

That's the depth of the lk ?
Deepest part of the lake is approx 22ft and I believe @Wayne Kohan was saying that the clarity of the water was 10-12 feet. (How far you can see into the water).
On opening day you could see fish/bottom at about 8+ feet
