Fished that lake a lot when I lived nearby. You're absolutely correct about those two-handed browns. And you're absolutely right about the drop in success since the rules changed. I believe that the rule change pissed off the shorefront owners enough that they're setting their own rules and enjoying neighborhood fish fries.
