When we got Robin we were told she was a lab mix. DNA testing says she's great Dane and German shepherd. Either way, she's a good dog.

He seems very well mannered and has adjusted nicely to his new family. I've heard that some dogs that have been adopted need some adjustment time. Kudos to you for adopting a great dog..

Yeah they run the gammut with the adoption successes. The good rescue orgs will do a very good job of describing the dog, any challenges they have, any health issues, history, etc. Those are the ones actually trying to do good. Then there's the shady "rescue" orgs that are the equivalent of shady used car lots. They get their dogs from questionable sources, have high adoption prices, and tend to ghost you after you take the dog.He seems very well mannered and has adjusted nicely to his new family. The tongue out sleep is a deep sleep. 
We got Poppy from @dirty dog in November. She’s 7 months old and we hit the lake for the first time yesterday. I think she’s hooked?

Took our two for their annual check ups and shots last friday. On the way into the exam room, I got told to stop at the first door since Rosey is a basset hound.

Oh, I forgot to post that there's a second now. So we went from no dogs to two rescues in a matter of two months 
Charlie is a min pin / chihuahua mix. About 1.5yrs old. Still has some puppy energy, but listens well and is trainable. He had been dumped at a shelter then passed around a bit before ending up with a local rescue, then with us. So we think some stability will do him some good
Emet is still the best boy.
