Hope this is not alarmist, I think it is pretty rare at this point, but if you have pups and they frequent the Colorado River in California, and maybe upstream:

We are considering a property with solar, buyer must assume the solar lease as a condition of the sale of the property. I am looking at it as just a monthly utility bill, and from the records I have, it comes out as a bit of a wash with current NC utility bills; however, looks to be a...

As some may know, we are searching the northeast for a property - thought we found one but lo and behold, there is a UST. For those of you in the northeast and maybe some in Oregon (it is apparently an issue there as well) USTs are underground storage tanks (the northeast is lousy with them)...
It seems I spend much of my weekend pushing my Cobalt electric mower around my half acre of scrub lawn. Now that it looks like we will be getting an acreage in NY state, I will be getting a tractor mower. I am partial to John Deere, it's what I ran on the farm in Kansas - dependable as hell...
How many of you folks are on well water? Any of you have experience with positive coliform tests - how often do you test, do you use home tests or a certified tester? If positive, do you just shock your well? Is it a recurring problem?
Reason I ask is we have put an offer on a property in...

Buy a ranch, either in Montana or Wyoming. It would have to have river frontage, several ponds, etc. I would open it to all PNWFF members (gratis) - would need to figure out a reservation system. Ideal would be near skiing.
This might fit the bill, but I would need to build a ranch...

Royals and Mariners face each other in the LCS this year, showcasing 2 of the brightest young stars in the game. Of course, Royals win in 7 to move to the WS, which they win in 6 (you heard it here first).
Yeah, I'm board!!
Cheers
Searched and did not see that this has been previously posted - pretty cool, hope it pans out and good on all those involved for all for the hard work and perseverance:

Never a fan of the monarchy, but she waved to me across from across the Olympic Stadium in1976, Montreal opening ceremonies. She was a tough old gal; RIP
... of the flea sort.
As many may know, we have pups, we've always had pups, usually 2 to 3, and never, and I mean NEVER, had a flea problem, until now. Had them with cats, but not dogs. We treat our pups with Advantix, usually only once or twice a season (last time was about a month ago)...
