NFR Got any Herp pictures?

[Russell]

Had to relocate this one at work today. Sitting there just a few feet from where we were sitting.

Right!

[BassBarbell]

A Northwester salamander juvenile that still had its gills found along the edge of a pond.

[SilverFly]

No idea what kind of turtle. From the pond at a local winery here in SWW.

Looks like a Painted turtle, but maybe those are only in New England?

[Uptonogood]

Water moccasin…I was trying to catch up, I only had my phone and it was heading north at a good speed! It was about 21/2 feet long.

[SculpinSwinger]

I saw two on the walk late this afternoon

[clarkman]

Yes, finally!

[Vagabond]

Eastern Milk Snake. He/She (no introduction) was on the edge of the road trying to make the hill side on one of the busy roads in the park. After seeing quite a few turtles that had been killed by vehicles while migrating across the same area earlier this year, obviously by reprehensible bastards, I figured this may be the first trip to the rocky, denning area to the east for it. Had one driver get impatient with my crossing guard act so I ended up picking it up @clarkman style and depositing into the tree line. I slept better last night.
