Yeah, in a small time setting for ones own amusement: It's kinda neat. Beyond that, I don't like this exists. We already have an alarming number of people who will believe anything they see on Facebook. So things like this will be a major net negative in my opinion.

Re- introducing Sea Otters into a small area with Kelp Beds is like locking up three Raccoons in your kitchen and leaving for the weekend.

I've done that before. It went OK. They ate all the Bananas, but those are bad for boat mojo so I was fine with it.

Historically this has been done ( in several places) with Sea Otters in places like Pismo Beach. Those that still think that this is a good idea are simply ignorant of history.
