Leaving the belly to dry out overnight and the. roast at 500 to crisp the crap out of it.

I'll pay up! What style do you want? For BLTs, my favorite is buttermilk pan loaf. You'll have to wait a couple of weeks though, I need to order more flour, I used the last of my main bread flour today.
