The #cromercraw worked as intended. Nice fish got well into my backing, I got nervous, applied too much pressure, and gone. I'll need to tie more like that. Did land this little one before that.

I should have explained the back bone of that fly a little more. It's got a @SpawnFlyFish 60 degree 15mm shank in front with a 5.5 mm slotted bead and a sticky 2/0 in the back. It's bigger and heavier then my usual jig craw but not huge.
