A few additions to the original. Shoulder may be superfluous, indicator is not, given my eyesight.

butt/underbody/head/wing - deer hair
body - Starburst dubbing tan
hackle - light ginger
underwing - Congo Hair cream
shoulder - sharptail grouse
indicator - 1mm foam orange

Bead- FullingMill tungsten offset gold 3mm
Wire-small gold
Tail, abdomen, thorax- olive maribou

Comment- offset bead is a method of tying a balanced leech without the pin.
