Yep, super glued, uv resin, than a coat of hard as nails.
Lucky Wiggler. I bought some B10S with a “nano smooth coat”. I really like the gray color and have seen coated type hooks to be excellent hookers. I find these hard to tie deer hair flies on though. They are so slick that the hair bundles don’t stay in their place easily. Still it will fish fine.

Last September I had pretty consistent action (for me) with black over white/pearl for SRC so felt like experimenting with a couple different materials. Black goat hair wing, MFC translucent pearl wrap a strand of flash and a couple wraps of small black palmered chenille at the collar with stick on eyes. 
We've been fishing the tide waters of our local rivers lately and this fly has been flat out crushing it. If youre going to fish the tide water of the mouths of the rivers we recommend the outgoing tide all the way to low. Find shadows and structure. High tide the water has been murky and fishing has been horrible but once the tide turns its been lights out!
