Should everyone post their age? What does that have to do with everyones taste in music besides the obvious?

This lp and SupertrampCrime of the Century in 1974 was play all the time in the WWU dorm parties. I lived in one for a couple months until the kids wore me out running keg runs. I was of legal age. Had to get out of there.

I listen to a lot of newer releases. But pretty much nobody who looks at this thread gives a shit. Which is fine. So I don’t post it.
It’s not rocket science how to get likes in this thread, that’s for sure.
But yeah I’m a graybeard now myself.
Same here. I listen to a large variety of music, but I recognize that 90% of what I listen to is of no interest to folks here. Hell, the few songs I do post nobody really gives a shit about, I just can't help myself and feel the need to throw in some curve balls here and there.
I mean, it's not outrageous that age has a fairly large impact on ones musical taste. There's a reason I don't see much mumble rap posted here.
Obviously doesn't dictate all musical tastes but Id be willing to bet a large sum of money that there is a direct correlation to the songs posted compared to the average age of the posters.
FWIW, I listened to your last posting, since I like a lot of the influences you mentioned. And while I did hear that in there, it still wasn’t my cup of tea. I’m just not that much of a nü metal hesher I guess.
