Recently I've been fortunate to get several suggestions for videos of mando monster Sierra Hull and funk phenom Cory Wong in my YT feed. Well how about a short teaser Sierra Hull video with Cory Wong and the Wongnotes!
I got another suggestion for a nearly one hour Cory Wong "novelty" video that begins with a skit and at 12:30 features Sierra Hull in a what I'll call a very nicely orchestrated "stage musical showtune" style song with vocals (I think written by Hull) titled "Today I'm Going to Get Myself a Real Job". It continues with well orchestrated 2nd "Newgrass" piece featuring a killer solo from bassist Sonny T. Then two more skit "chapters", then an interview of Sierra by Cory. Interesting stuff.
