What Are You Eating?

Love Brussels...still eating them from the garden. Chops looked great.

That looks pretty good (well, except for the brussels sprouts), but help a guy out - what is it?
Pork loin chop pounded thin, with a slice or two of prosciutto, sun dried tomato, sage leaves and a sprinkle of parmesan rolled and tied, dusted with flour and then browned.
Make up a wine and stock sauce in the same pan with onion, shallot and garlic, put the rolls in the sauce and cook till warm and sauce thickens...about 10 minutes.
Takes about an hour total, a bit less if you aren't drinking wine.

What's the use of cooking with wine if you can't drink it...also good excuse to open that 2nd bottle...
