What Are You Eating?

We always save our poultry trimmings, bones, and carcasses- cooked and raw. Wilted veggies and trimmings also get saved. They all go in the freezer until a pile builds up and then gets boiled down into stock. I was a little overdue this time around....

I immediately turned some of it around to make chicken and dumplings

I'll make a corned beef just to make awesome corned beef hash in the mornings.. I'm not a cabbage fan, cooked at least ... coleslaw is good!
