What Are You Eating?

Made pita bread tonight for the first time in the Gozney. I'll never buy those in a store again. Scratch made hummus and tabouli pita pockets for dinner. I may have to go get a dozen doughnuts and some sausage tomorrow just to make up for it.

Crockpot spaghetti. Using a crockpot liner, add 1 chub of ground beef chopped up on the bottom, layer on top with chopped onion, broken up spaghetti noodles, (sliced olives and mushrooms optional), ground fresh garlic, Italian spices, chopped tomatoes and large can of tomato sauce. Add the crockpot lid, on high for 4 hours. Check and stir, make sure beef and noodles are done. Low heat to blend flavors. Good on cold or wet days with garlic French bread.

Making chicken broth.. added cilantro which i never have done.

Slept well last night so up way too early.. insomnia, it's whats for breakfast!

Broke down the chicken too. Big breasts! Leg and thighs together ❤️!! Wings and spine were added to the broth.

Cheers!

I may be wrong, it happened once before, but judging from the color and factory deveining these shrimp appear to be farm raised. I would have guessed that a man of your stature and culinary pedigree would have taken a higher road.

If it takes 2 1/2 hours to make something edible I have a closet full of old sneakers that might interest you.
If I have time on my hands to prepare a meal I am quite certain it would not include eggplant. If I'm going to consume something slimy it better be oysters.
