What Are You Eating?

Hummus is good, always have some in the house. Makes for good snacks, and lunches with grilled chicken, some sort of greens, dried cherries and such on a pita.
 
Salmo recognizes and can pronounce all the items pictured....therefore it passes the Salmo test.

Had some herbs and greens from a local hydroponic grower which needed to get used, so...lemon balm yogurt and feta pesto on pasta. With leftover ground bison.

Used a whole lemon balm plant, half a bunch of flatleaf parsley, a couple slices of preserved lemon, 4 big ol' honkin' cloves of homegrown garlic, some toasted pecans, then added olive oil, feta, and yogurt. Gave it a minute in the vitamix to smooth it out, then dumped it on piping hot pasta with the bison mixed in.
Pretty bitchin'.
