Grilled chicken. I'd read about marinating chicken in 7Up and tried it out. It's good, but no different than adding sugar and citrus to my marinade, I think.

Thanks Brian. It doesn't get much better than canned lightly smoked kokanee.
I got back into fishing for them last spring. They've got me now, hook, line and sinker. Pun intended.
