For whatever reason (I blame advertiser demographic demands), that has always happened to some extent. At least in the modern era of SB halftime shows. It'll likely shift again as generations age and popular music changes.My point is that there hasn't been any variety for the past few years. It's all been the same genre. Wouldnt hurt to switch it up a little from time to time.
