@Jerry Daschofsky , do you think I need to bring two propane tanks for my 2-burner Camp Chef Explorer, or will one tank make it? I'll be cooking coffee , then a skillet breakfast for burritos, then a dinner. Maybe a second breakfast on Sunday.

I’m 100% planning to make cole slaw(s) for Saturday lunch, assembled fresh so it isn’t all watery.

I just don’t know exactly when I’m arriving. Possibly early Saturday (maybe even early enough to help with breakfast, or just eat it), possibly Friday.

BTW: As far as Saturday's bbq, I'm smoking chicken and brats. If you want bbq sauce, bring some. I'm not much of a bbq sauce fan and don't make my smoked meats with it in mind, so will not be providing any.
