NFR Snow Shred Season 2024 - 2025

After being closed on Tuesday due to high wind, we had a nice day at White Pass yesterday. The groomers had nice snow on them but the powder was wind packed and stiff. Great day to be in the mountains! By afternoon, I had to shed layers; orange coat is heavy. “Blue” survived the windstorm. Supposedly there was 5 to 10 inches of snow that fell on Tuesday, but it was hard to tell where it went. Snow was glossy in places on the ski hill and in the Goat Rocks.

Oh yeah, beutiful day! The oldest was skiing Tamarack, Velcro and Baby Face today.

I really like lunch of curred meats, cheese and crackers on the deck.

The little guy had his best day too, getting stronger.

Got a couple hours to just rip it up by myself too, the legs are back.

Ah springtime! We had everything from ice in the shade and mashed potatoes in the sun to this nice washout where recent logging messed up the drainage. Always great to get out.

Corduroy was a bit crusty early.

We skied all the Blues today and his instructor want his poles next week.

Peeled layers all morning. 50 and little man was skiing in shirt sleeves after lunch.

I got a couple hours to ski soft bumps in the sun too. Probably my favorite stuff to ski.

I think so. 12 min up, 5 down now. I'm buying my pass for next season this week while it's less expensive. And night skiing two years out!

At first he just carried/drug the poles. We did two runs of lessons and afterwards he was doing a nice stem cristy so we skied a groomed black several times after that. He was stoked.

With 14" of new I found some nice spots on the edges.

Saturday was heavy but fun. Busiest day of the season. We're only 1" short of our seasonal average...in March! Long range has April looking excellent.

Wow, like a little snake down there. After first chair we didn't wait but 2-3 chairs all day. Snow looks fun!

It’s 2026 and I had my first pow day of the year. Sugar bowl did not disappoint today!
