Up for sale is this classic saltwater stick - I bought this rod from a buddy about 5 years ago for tidewater chinook fishing. I liked it enough that I also picked up a RPLXi 9 weight and realize I prefer 9 weights for the way I fish. It's in good shape (I'd say 8 out of 10) though there's some corrosion in the stripping guides (see pics). This does not affect the rod's performance. Comes with original tube and rod sock. Price is $190 including shipping and PayPal fees to CONUS.

Agree! I caught my first ever tidewater springer using that rod four years ago but just don’t use it much now.

I have a ten weight Sage Xi3 my wife gave me right before we had kids and stopped taking vacations to places with 10 weight fish. It got no love for quite a while, except when I accidentally took it tuna fishing instead of the 12 weight I meant to grab. I recently put it to use during this big chum run we had this fall and it was the right rod for me and that application.
