Several BK's. Nothing compares to the Burger King options!!!! Several BK locations on the way to California. Certain areas with high BK densities. I stopped at Several last time I hit the road baby ah. Several BK'S!!!!!

We really like Luis's Taqueria in Woodburn, Or. About 5 min off I-5. Most legitimate Mexican we've found in WA/OR.

When you get to San Diego.... Mitches Seafood is a must. Right there in the middle of one of the biggest sport fishing fleets in the U.S. Taco Tuesdays, outdoor seating, view of the harbor. While, wearing a tee shirt with board shorts and flip flops, sipping on a cold Corona.

That only happens to me if I eat anything from Taco Bell. No Bueno to the baño!
Between Wilsonville and Salem:
Wilsonville: Sushi Avenue - basic but fresh and not too pricey
Wilsonville: Elka Bee's - Breakfast and lunch, baked goods, espresso drinks
Woodburn: La Morenita Tortillas (take out only, only downtown location has retail)
Woodburn: Gina's Taqueria (truck/cart on 99 north of Woodburn -- killer quesabirria tacos). El Moreno in the same lot specializes in pollo asado. Thai Woodburn in the same lot is pretty good too.
Woodburn: Los Machetes Cemitas Poblanas or La Casa de Los Machetes for cemitas and machetes.
Woodburn: I haven't been but hear good things about Santa Ana and Casa de Caldos
Gervais: Bauman's Farm Store -- Baked goods, hard cider, and produce are great. Sandwiches are perfectly fine.
Keizer: In-n-Out if you like them and are willing to brave the line. Pro-tip: go weekday off-peak, park and go inside. Order fries "well done"
Keizer: Love Love Teriyaki II - good teriyaki, nothing special.
Salem: Don Froylan Creamery -- they make awesome Mexican cheese and have a restaurant in house that serves great food.
Salem: I haven't been but I've heard Santiam Brewing has excellent fish and chips
Salem: Pietro's or Paddington's Pizza -- try unique and divisive Oregon-style pizza (cracker crust and toppings to the edge). NOT FANCY PIZZA. Bonus points for adding taco sauce at the table.
Salem: Sybil's Omelettes Unlimited: local, old fashioned diner food.

Alternative thought here. We love finding new restaurants when travelling but some of our most memorable meals have been on the balcony in our room.
