Headed for a one off NOLA redfish trip in December. I’d like to find a couple used lines for the job. Anyone have a couple 8 and 10 wt's collecting dust?

Thanks!

I'll go through my pile of lines. I may have something that would do the trick. See you Thursday.

I doubt it, as those (especially 10wts) are some of my most used lines, but I can check. Are you after floaters? int? fast sink? primarily shooting head style lines?

I’ll check my stash I know I have a couple SA amplitude smooth saltwater lines in 8wt, 2 redfish and 1 grand slam (or other way around can’t remember) but all 3 might be warm water. If I have one in cold you can borrow it or if you want to try the warm water that’s fine too. I won’t be using them anytime soon.

What time in December?...I have a 10wt int line I could part with...cost you a cold pack of beer (of my choice)...I'll be back in WA on 12/4 and leaving 12/10

Take a look at what you’ve got, I’d love to possibly borrow a line. Thank you.

I leave right when you get back. Thanks for looking out and your generosity nonetheless. This community is amazing.

Looking for Floaters with shorter heads.

The redfish line is what you want. I definitely preferred it for reds, it loads better with a short line which is most of the casting you are likely to do anyways. But some people like that grand slam a lot too. They are both a warm water line that I have but feel free to PM me and we can work something out if you want to use one or both, it’s up to you.
