It's been a roller coaster of storms here in CenPenn. Creeks are all high and muddied up, safely fishing is dubious due to the storms and lightning threats. Good news is that we've cooled down from high humidity 80's and high 90's down to something humans can deal with.
This is perfect (although not drizzly today by me in WS). I would like it to be like this twice a week until September.

Had the same thing in Beaver/Forks while springer fishing yesterday. Misty with occasional showers and high 50's. Pretty ideal weather for springer fishing given the low water. Also appreciated not having to drag hoses around to water stuff later in the day given the 3:30AM wake-up call.
Token fishing report... 3/3 with two 10-12lb adults, one chrome and another a little darker with a broken off leader in his jaw. The third was a beautiful 3lb(?) jack that was sooo bright and still had a few sea lice. Damn thing was still a kickass fighter on my 10-30 gear rod. If those little guys were around in numbers and would bite a fly, I'd have no desire to fish for anything else.
Just sucks, too hot to fish.
Have 2 air conditioners going when over 85*. Old building holds the heat inside long after the outside air cools off.It was a warm start to the week out here, plenty of sun, plenty of not rain...
Just got home from work
Monday looked promising, but failed. Even Tuesday had some hope, but unfortunately
performed like Monday.
I’m seeing the possibility of 90° mid next week.
