Generally reports have been strong when said strategies are followed in various warm water vicinities featuring BOAT ACCESS in order to access the warmer waters with boat access.

I'm leaving this Friday for a surfing trip to Guanacaste (NW CR). Done a similar trip 6 times in the last 5 years.

We are on Verizon and have the 'travel pass' offering that's $12 a day for unlimited talk/text/data. Using wifi is great but we're often roaming around to surf spots using Waze/Google maps so need cellular. Never had a problem.

Does your carrier not offer an international plan?

The nightly routine, watching the sun hit the horizon while sitting on the board trying to eke out one last wave. The second vid is what we came home to find out back...

I’m on a different carrier, and they don’t have a great international plan, so I’m leaning towards an eSIM for more convenience. Appreciate the input though, might try using Wi-Fi when I can and see how it goes.
