Pizza oven thread

Pizzas look good. Even the amoeba pizzas are better than the shit I made the first time.

Not that anyone asked, but I'm still chipping away at the finish work. Been using the red bricks I got from @Grayone to make a countertop around my opening. Like all things masonry, my skill is a C- at best, but it'll do the job I need it to do.

Next I'll be doing my final stucco layer on the dome to smooth it out, then going over it with exterior brick paint.

Way better than a C-, seriously. No way would I ever attempt to build something like this. It's way cool. Sure makes me want to have a nice pizza oven.

There’s two ways.

One person makes dough and then each make pizzas and compare. Or we both make dough and compare. We all win!

One other thing I’ve wanted to do is a plaid pantry pizza off. All toppings except red sauce (and maybe mozz) has to come for plaid pantry. Kinda like one of those dumb cooking shows. You gotta get creative with things like taki dust or ramen seasoning packets

I kid. I’d build one if I was not 100% certain it would become the #1 mouse hotel on Bainbridge Island if I did. For now, conventional oven and dialing in BGE pizza.
