The expected chest pounding needs to come with some qualifications. The game proved that should either of those teams make it to the playoffs they will not last long. Stafford may have made a great throw to end the game but on a quality well coached team he wouldn't have had to. If not for a botched extra point attempt there would not have been an overtime.

Geno is like a Dr. Jekyl & Mr. Hyde QB. He showed that on the drive that tied the game. Throws a great pass one play and the next, throws a dud.
He didn't really throw too many duds. The end zone interception was because he was hit while throwing. The first interception was hobbled by JSN who he hit in stride. The other one I want to say was similar but I'm not remembering exactly.
He's definitely breaking down mentally because he's under pressure every snap. It'll wear down anyone if they are on high alert every time they run a pass play.
I don't see them making it far this season, but that's about what I expected. Really hoping they address the offensive line and make some other big moves this offseason.
I also think it's time they consider trying a new GM. JS has made some great moves, but I'm starting to think he's making more bad ones than good ones.

Overall, I think yesterday's game, despite a few key mistakes, was much, much better than the previous two games they lost. Defense was much more cleaned up. Penalties were pretty isolated to the trash O-line. They had a commitment to the run. Geno had some beautiful throws to JSN (most of which got called back because of previously mentioned trash o-line).
I think if they stick with how they were doing things yesterday, with a few rookie coach mistakes cleaning up, they could win a few more games this year. Then spend the off season getting the personnel situation figured out.

Kobie Turner's hit on Geno, followed by the Kam Kinchens 103 yard interception returned for a touchdown is legendary.

It's John Schneider. He's said publicly that he doesn't consider O-line to be worth the price.

The Las Vegas Raiders have fired offensive coordinator Luke Getsy after nine games, the team announced Sunday night.
The Raiders also fired offensive line coach James Cregg and quarterbacks coach Rich Scangarello, both of whom, like Getsy, were in their first season with Las Vegas.
