I'm more confused than before! I think I gained some respect for the Hawks and lost some for the Lions.
I've never seen a game with so many guys running in wide open spaces. How many plays of over 15 yards did this game have? Crazyness....
Goof is 6-6 lifetime vs. Seattle...but he played well tonight...needed the Tampa Bay game Goof instead of the good Goof to show up.
Couple of bigtime blown coverages, turnover early, and Lions played well at home.
Hawks play 3 games in 11 days. hope they heal up fast on the D line.

Really, mostly fine with what I saw. Was a great offensive game. On top of the perfect game from Godf, Seahawks had the most first downs (38) of any team in a single game in the last 10yrs.
- Hawks were missing their D-line, so Goff got to pick on the linebackers.
- Julian Love was out for most of the game
- Some top tier QB play from both Geno and Godf
- DK's 2pt catch was absolutely a catch, and not even ambiguous. Why was that not reviewed?
- Refs were wildly inconsistent on both teams
It's entirely possible for 2 good teams to go against each other, and I say that's what happened here. I think despite the L, the Hawks won't be quite the "pretenders" they've been labeled as. They played a pretty complete game and were in it until the end. Without DK's fumble, and a few bad ref calls (again, both sides), this could've definitely gone either way.

Really? Goff has a perfect game and it's the Refs fault Seattle lost by 13. How about the defense break up or knock down a few passes, put Goff on the ground. You want to win, stop the other team, it ain't the refs!!!!

I dunno, most Hawks fans I know were fine with the game. The W is always preferred, but this team is showing promise, especially for being an entirely new coaching staff.
