My days of lifting 100+ pounds up to my rack are over. With proper planning and technique I can still do 50.

My rack has a removable cross member at the rear. I slip a piece of PVC pipe on it and it becomes a roller.

Took the old model out finally today at Pass lake and yeah just hangs over a bit in my little dump run truck (6.5 bed). Just have to deflate it a bit before putting it in the truck bed, strap it down, and then pump it back up a bit which only takes a minute or so. No need to disassemble anything else.
I can definitely can see why they discontinued this model and went from a 9.5 foot raft to a 12 foot model in terms of storage space but it’s fine as long as it’s not too super sized people.
