NFR 2021-2022 Ski Thread - Let it Snow

That's my friend Elesquidor. I like the primary colors and the fluorescent yellow is a cool accent.

Couple more from today just because you wanted to see some ladies.

well done, bennysbuddy approves of these photos

Young lady in the purple looks like an excellent skier - like her hand position, and from the stills, looks like her upper body stays nice and quiet.

cheers

Wow... dynamic, killer composition, your poles, ski tips, your body angle, colors, and concentration, Swimmy, on the edge in a world of white. Check out this company
metalmain-print.html out of Montreal, Quebec, they do great work, check out there Tools header, metal would be great, in your neck of the woods, durable, stunning colors, can even have outdoors, you will want this on your wall, in your study, when you are an old man.

Classic day of you don't know if you don't go. No new snow so spent the morning ripping groomers.

Then around lunch the wind really picked up.

And it was on.

Sliding down snow is fun.

And speaking of snow, more is coming. We are under a winter storm warning in effect until Monday. Bring it.

Couple more from the past few days. My friend, who skis at Snowbasin, got a nice taste of Lone Peak and Big Sky. Good blend of powder and wind buff.

Not quite first chair but I’ll take it considering the holiday weekend. Big Sky reported 8”overnight. Got a few decent runs off Six Shooter before it was tracked out. 8DCFFD77-54FE-4A61-8633-E40AED2C081C.jpeg

Looks great ^^. Out of curiosity, where were they posting 12"? I woke up this morning and saw 3 or 4".

Bridger posted 6" on top of 6". On the Ridge it was at least a foot. Busy day but I got what I needed and was out by noon. Still ridin' the stoke.

I’m pretty certain they posted a story on Instagram claiming 12” inches but I can’t seem to find it now. Maybe they retracted it because their post of a few hours ago now states 4-8” total. Marx was closed today so might to brave the cold for one tram lap tomorrow.

Awesome day up on White Pass with my boys. We got 12" of new over the weekend. Lots of awesome freshness to be found. It's enough to keep us all togethor right now, so mostly just selfies in non-action.

Fun to finally be able to all be up at the mid-mountain lodge togethor. We didn't go to the truck all day, just hung out on the backside. Ran in to some friends after lunch and rode with them for the rest of the day!

Get it.

I'm hopping on a plane first thing tomorrow and heading to the low country for a few days. Supposed to be mid 70's in Charleston all week.

I hit Lost Trail in SW Montana (and technically Idaho also, but the lodge is on the MT side of the border) for the first time Thursday and Friday last week.

I don't have the cool action shots that some of you have, but it sure was beautiful. We fished the local river on Saturday afternoon too, but with how cold it has been, that was pretty much just to get out and take advantage of such a beautiful area.

Hit a decent day last week. Good turns were had.

Oh hell yeah.

Never been but have heard great things. Seems like both quality and quantity of snow are worth the visit.

I haven't been out since last Monday but haven't really missed much. Looks like a little refresh Friday night. I have friends coming in town this weekend to ski for a week and looking forward to showing them around.
