Can't wait to hear what he has to say after a Heat game 6 victory getting them to their 2nd Finals in 3 years.
 
In fairness, ir should noted, "where Clarkman was wrong": after Jimmy's first couple of 6ears in the league, I scoffed at folks who thought he'd be anything more than a solid defensive role player. Yep, I was wrong on that one....part of why I like him, he just worked so hard to get there.

He's like the guy who built his financial empire from scratch and then Kyrie is like a trust funder who's never been held accountable his entire life.

Should be a really good series. I think they're pretty evenly matched....as long as no one gets injured.

I'm not sure what to expect out of Mavs/Warriors.

I sure hope so. 2 teams that play the game right with good D and lots of ball movement.

The Warriors are usually good about beating teams led by one super star but the Mavs make me nervous. Everybody is calling it Steph vs Luka but the real key could be Wiggs defending Luka. Maybe a little Kuminga in there as well. If we can hold him to low 30s/high 20s I think they take it in 6.

Pretty sweet they got an extra days rest and home court again though.
 
Jimmy Butler is one hell of a player. Hero can fill it up and Bam is the ultimate rim protector.

C's have quite a squad. I have hope. Tatum is a man now. Smart has a lot of Butler like traits defensively. Everyone on their squad is about effort. If they can get 20-25 solid minutes out of the timelord I like their chances. He is the body that they need.

Not much to do when you're missing ALL of your shots (most are pretty open) and the opponent is hitting ALL of theirs.

Yea, like the third quarter in the first game. Having Marcus Smart back is huge for this Celtics defense…glad we got the split, now heading to Boston…

I mean, Smart just being there is huge because he's the heartbeat of that team. Lowry is similar (although nowhere near the same extent) for Miami. Jimmy's going to be exhausted if he has to literally do EVERYTHING in order for this team to win. I'd sure like to see Bam's O show up....any day now. Both teams were getting a ton of outside looks that weren't contested very well, the C's just shot lights out, especially from 3 & Miami never recovered.

fortunately even if you lose by 30, it's still only one game.
 
Marcus is the straw that stirs the C's drink.
Having Horford's length helps too. When he and the Timelord are out there together the interior defense is stout. Marcus makes the perimeter defense not only stout but dangerous. He puts the fear of God into those perimeter players. The ball rotation is just a little less crisp because he is always looking to grab a poorly thrown pass. It's like having Ed Reed out there.

C's looked good. Got the split. Garden will be rockin!
