Ive seen #16-18 PMD’s in Montana. And they were Pale. As i mentioned, these are bright yellow or charteuse and #12. Also, PMD’s have a light gray wing. These are yellow.I would normally guess PMD, or PED, but the eye color seems wrong and the wings are much more opaque and yellow than I would expect. I don't know about the size, or when the photo was taken, but I suspect it could be a Hex fly as well
