Munch food/nut mixes

This is my friend’s family run company, and my girlfriend used to package for them, for money! But I’ll tell you this, it is really good. So, full disclosure, I hope they do well, but I believe it’s worth sharing. I don’t post a lot, but, damn, this is worth checking out. https://monkeybrittle.com/

Usually I just eat raw steak/ hamburger, but when I need some vitamins/ fruits/ nuts, I’ll eat the monkey brittle.

Peanuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts, raisins, dried cranberry and figs, sometimes add a bit of granola, dried apple and dried banana bits - small amount provides a great energy boost and is relatively light weight (keeps ya regular too, if ya know what I mean).

cheers

Sometimes I accidentally allow my blood sugar to get too low. When this happens, I have a small plastic container full of chocolate covered raisons that I gulp down to pump sugar into my blood as fast as possible. "Hypoglycemia" is a fun google search... We've all probably felt like we "hit a wall" during strenuous activity....The subject of "cautionary" blood sugar levels, and dietary ways of mitigating them, is something that I have learned about. "Hypoglycemia" mimics many other ailments such as "Migraine headaches" and is often misdiagnosed. However, once a person is aware of their blood sugar levels,, they can stabilize the extreme fluctuations ... simply by eating the right foods at the right time.
