Maxxon rods and reels

Here I thought they just made inflatables.

Has anyone any experience with their rods or reels or lines? Customer service?

I saw them at a sporting show last year. They seemed good enough quality with the short time I looked at them. The one of the two running the stand I spoke with seemed customer service forward and mentioned something along the lines of replacing broken rods. I just cant remember if there were any charges associated with it / stipulations on how the rod broke.

Been fishing with maxxon rods since I got my first in the US about 4 years ago - great customer service - I break rods like its my job and they just say what did you do this time and give me a replacement section. And the rods are really good, I generally fish with my maxxon rather than some of my fancy rods.

I have a max. Fly reel. From maxxon…. It’s ok. I want it as part of a raffle, I’m not so sure I would buy it, I’m not overly excited with their fly reel. lineup…. It appears to me to be white label Chinese items…

I’ve tried one of their reels and honestly it held up better than I expected for the price. Never dealt with their customer service though, so can’t comment on that part.
