March Madness '26

One ugly game until the last 3 minutes. Not the outcome I wanted, but St John's deserved it. If they could score, look out Duke.

Go Royals

That High Point game with Arkansas was so entertaining. Those two guards trading blows all night long was fun to watch.

I believe really good interior play can win you a lot of regular season games but the tournament is all about guard play. The teams with the best guards tend to win the most games in the tournament.
Why do you think it changes?

A good guard is a LOT harder to defend than a good post player and you can’t keep the ball out of their hands. They are the best athletes on the floor operating in the greatest space.

Not tournament related since they’ve been eliminated, but I’m excited to see what Randy Bennett can do with the ASU program. He did a nice job at St Mary’s.

He’s a good coach! I’m surprised he didn’t jump long ago.

I agree. He’s a guy I always wanted the Huskies to make a run at to be their coach. He seemed a lot like Few and was happy where he was at. I guess at 63 he figured if he was going to make the jump, it’s probably now or never. He’s also an Arizona native so that likely helped in his decision.

Might have to adjust the bracket…Holloway from Bama arrested and now off the team…guard, 2nd best scorer on the tram…
whelp? did you end up adjusting your bracket?

damn AL

…they may be a bracket buster…
same with St. John's

two close games, kinda hope both go down to the wire!

MI having a pretty awful end of half...

Im rooting for the Johnnies…bracket be damned. St John’s defense is legit…
Yeah, I'm so far out of my office pool at this point it doesn't really matter.

I've got St John's and also Alabama...

Hoping...
