Last fish of 2024

Alright what was your last fish? I found a couple white fish after this guy but didn't document. Last keeper of the season for me.

Work and life stole the rest of my time, and by the time I had time, everything was frozen for the year.

This redband took a top dropper soft hackle for my last fish of 2024. Only fished 65-70 days this year, we'll see what 2025 brings. Best wishes for playful fish, health and happiness in the new year y'all.

It snowed, it rained, broke ice on the drive in, my hands got numb/stiff, my feet seemed to get lost since I couldn't feel them afterr maybe a half hour in the float tube but still, it was fun! Last fish of 2024.

This little Dolly was the last fish I took a picture of in 24, Onward to 2025!

Cracked my ribs, so no fishing in December, but I did manage this in November.

I honestly haven't been out much this fall/winter, but wanted to get in a last blast. X-mas eve I braved 42F, wind, and rain to visit my local spot and was rewarded with this.

Got no fish love on the last day of 2024 but the dog and I had this stretch of the river to ourselves so it was all good

Last fish landed was this hatchery hen in late October. It should've rounded out a 3 fish limit - had I been willing stop fishing the best coho traffic jam I've experienced in years.



Hooked/lost a couple more before the run petered out. Last fish hooked was a black backed chromer that threw the hook during a classic coho aerial acrobatic display - at close range and eye-level. Won't forget that anytime soon.
