Friends and I have been looking at a multiday charter in the Gulf of California, but haven't picked a place or guide yet.

Not at all. Loreto. There are quite a few who will take fly folks out. Pam & Francisco are who we did the best with but I don't have much of a sample size beyond 3 days, 2 of which were with Francisco. There will be a full write up once I get back home.

I relied on our guide to deal with them. Must have put 6 or 7 in the boat. Except one that I got on the beach that inhaled the fly. Stupid fish.
