I received a text picture yesterday of my cousin's wife next to their house. The snow is just over the gutters on their roof! She texted me back this afternoon saying it was starting to rain. I hope that his and his son's boat is OK. Both of the boats are trailer able.
 
Another possible 10” to 12” forecast for today & tonight.

Looks like they backed off the rain forecast. That would have added misery to misfortune
 
This doesn't really do it justice, but looking northwest down my "normally 2-lane with room for parked cars on either side" road.

Oh, it's back in play. 2pm update calls for 4"-6" of snow between now and 9am tomorrow, transitioning to all rain, "heavy at times". Temp supposed to shoot up to 43° 'merican at sea level.
Flood watch in effect for the entirety of SEAK

Hey I went to HHS too! Weirdly good education for a smaller community. I'm trying to get my sister to come up here and get out of the city so my niece can go to a decent school
