I have an almost identical boat and it has plenty of room for 2 adults and a couple (small) kids. Works fine with any form of propulsion, rowed-electric-small outboard. Not too heavy and rolls up small enough to fit in the wife's Subaru Forester. Plus if you're rowing you can get one of your passengers to help with that too (two sets of pinned oars).
Not too costly and I've found mine to be very durable. I might meet your needs
