If the beer was good maybe ……

Jokes aside, as long as it's not hurting anyone else, I don't actually care how people spend their money. If I had enough zeros on the end of my paycheck, I'd probably buy stuff like this as well. Because, why not? A coors or grateful dead reel is awesome in a goofy sort of way.

We all buy our own version of silly things. Some folks just have more cash in their wallets. And at the end of the day, this is still fly fishing gear. I find that far cooler than expensive watches or purses or cars that some folks spend money on.

To each, their own.

I have spendy nippers on my fly vest and nail clippers in the spin bag for use with the wife and kids and they work fine. I worry about loosing the "good" ones.

Great campfire beer! You know, a couple mexican style beers during the day, an IPA or two at dinner, then some Coors tallboys for party time.

If the nippers were $25 or so I'd consider it. I doubt they are deeply discounted for having to Coors logo on them though?
Coors , that was the beer of choice when I was in high school. Of course that was in the sixties, haven’t drank a Coors in years , but I helped them stay in business in the sixties . :D
