By leadership, and the expansion of the tax base. Opinions outnumber those that have influence and a “viable” voice. Opinions vary drastically of what our hometown should be doing with that power and influence. They never met a developer they did not like , or so it seems from afar.
It’s just been my birthday, you gotta love your brothers, on maybe you don’t…

OMG, only in Washougal! You will not believe what just happened. I pulled into a gas station to get some gas. And as I was walking in the store to pay, I noticed a Police Officer parked on the side of the building. He was watching this woman who was smoking a cigarette while pumping her gas. Of course I'd saw her, and thought, you dumb ass!
Anyway, I go inside, pay and as the cashier gives me my receipt, I hear somebody screaming. I look out the window and see the woman's arm is on fire. She was swinging her arm and running around like a crazy lady. I quickly ran outside; the police officer had the lady on the ground, and was putting the fire out with his coffee.
Then he handcuffed her and put her in the back of his car. I thought to myself, "What kind of person smokes while pumping gas?!?! Did she really think nothing was going to happen?!?!
And being the inquisitive person I can be, I asked the officer what he was charging her with? He looked me dead in the face, and said, "WAVING A FIREARM!!!!"

Good thing there’s no shortage of trees and they grow like crazy here in the tropics! Also looked like it was made from a piece of trash/scrap anyway.
