I put up a post about a material called FNF Creeper a while back. It's basically a woven strand of fritz and rubber legs. Makes for some cool-looking bass flies, but I have yet to catch a bass on anything I have tied with it. It's quite buoyant, so maybe it needs to be fished off a sinking line, sort of like a booby, to be effective.
