Interesting - it appears that the "portsman Alliance Foundation" has a problem with Smith (appointed to the commission in 2021) serving on the commission while being on the Jefferson County Board of County Commission.

Yet don't seem to have a problem with Linville (appointed in 2019) who "serves as the Planning Commissioner for Douglas County".

Am I the only one that sees this a bit inconsistent?

Why are the commission members not being confirmed by the Senate anymore per the law? Seems this might help with the vetting process...
