Got any bird pics?

It's got to be challenging to build a nest using a beak that long. Must be a lot of "hover construction" involved.

If you double up polarized lenses I think it depolarizes, so maybe you could put some kind of polarized film over the screen and it would work
.
Edit: I also don’t know what I’m talking about
thx matt. so, maybe wear 2 sets of glasses ?? :) will look for polarized film. unless u have an idea. thx again.

It has cousins that fly, well . . . glide.

Turkey in North Richland back yard captured on security camera. It is a first. A few weeks ago I heard about some seen in Pasco. The toys are from the granddaughters visiting this week. Pink Jeep is borrowed from the neighbors. Also have a rooster pheasant in full plumage roaming the neighborhood but he is camera shy.

I am very excited, after installing my Daughter-in-laws bird feeder camera, when I got home I installed my Christmas present, a bird feeder camera!

Put it up last night and have had several visitors this morning! A chill thing about the videos is the audio hearing each bird songs... this might become a big time waster!

I mentioned a year or so ago that I'd seen what I thought was a bluebird in our backyard. That pic was kind of poor. Here's one taken two days ago that's better.
It sorta looks like a steller's jay to me but it's a little hard to tell.
Yup, I think a Steller's; Blue birds are smaller, and don't have a crested head as your's does. Jays also tend to be quite noisy. Pretty birds though.

Got a couple of lifers today at cannon beach. Harlequin ducks and surfbirds, both in this picture but the ducks are further out and hard to see.
