Fish the Yakima today?

I have today off work, and I thought I was going to have to do some other stuff, but now I don’t, so I’m going to do like Paul and “I’ll Follow the Sun.” I’m planning on fishing the Yak. I got a stretch in mind to walk in to. Figure I will fish streamers down then dries and maybe nymphs back up. Any one want to meet up? DM me if you do.

Dry Falls this week.

I'm curious about DF. I hope it fishes well for you. My wife and I drove by Friday, quite the algae bloom. Good luck, (report afterwards?).

I’ll give a report. We just pulled in yesterday. Might also fish Deep Lake.

I did fish the lakes around conconully last week and they fished well. A group of guys also reported great fishing is.

The river was so low this weekend. Floating was fine and a bit scratchy in sections. Fishing was slower than we hoped, but nice to be out on a beautiful weekend.

Small black Sculpzilla streamers on the swing, and YakCaddis dry in the middle of the afternoon. Always a recipe for success on the Yakima in October.
