Hmmm, so it is the jiggling movement of a booby that is attractive??

If that is the case, wouldn't color of a booby be also important??

I disagree.

Boobies under a fast strip leading to a heaving up and down motion that is not only attractive, but gives a sense of urgency.

Contrast that with a booby floating in the water, just jiggling with the waves. It might be attractive, but there is no sense of urgency to move towards the booby. At that point, there has to be more than jiggling to entice a take.

That leads to a examination of whether it is a natural or not.

And as much as I like booby's many of them do not look natural.
