Which is better than seeing what you don’t want to see. A form of your personal krytonite! Free will allows humans to see what they want to see. Like self brain washing , or is it staining, like some kind of tiedyed thing… but then that is the era we currently live in so I guess it is healthier to give in to the acceptance? And take a trip of a different sort. Like what happens past the age of 70… everyday is a new and wondrous adventure… full of whispering people you can’t understand much.
this was a very nice eve, with mediocre beer.

Life of the Party
The second picture was taken about five minutes before the first, and maybe 90° away. It was just a weird, interesting sky yesterday evening. Converting it to B&W and adding some HiRaLoAm sharpening did ramp up the drama.
Yesterday was a good cloud day. Two high thin layers moving at different speeds and direction. Plus iridescent clouds in the afternoon for a couple hours.

Mostly. Still got a glacier where the parking pad snow went, and some snow in the shady spots, but we're slowly gettin' to springtime.
Many of the places I fish are still snow-bound, some with feet remaining to the waterline.
